Freeport Mini Storage provides a variety of affordable storage units for individuals and businesses.

Is my storage unit a rental or a lease?

Your storage unit is on a month to month rental agreement.  With a 30 day notice of termination required.

How much storage do I need?

There are many factors involved in getting you the correct storage unit for your specific needs.  Please contact one of our knowledgeable team members for advice.

When can I access my unit??

Your unit is accessible 7 days a week 365 days a year between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm.

What type of security do you have?

Freeport Mini Storage has a QuikStor control system in place that requires use of a personal code to gain access to the facility.  A Swann Camera Digital Video Recorder provides additional security via digital closed circuit surveillance cameras.

Who can access my unit?

Only you and any person to whom you have given your personal access code and key to.

Do I need insurance?

It is recommended that stored items of value are properly insured. Check with your home or rental insurer or Freeport Mini Storage offers insurance thru MiniCo.  Visit their website at www.tenantOne.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

Freeport Mini Storage accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash.  We also give discounted rent for tenants who prepay at least 6 months in advance.

What types of identification do you require?

We require a copy of your driver's license or passport.

What size units do you have, how high?

We offer a variety of sizes from 5'x10' to 12'x30' and outside storage for RV's and boats.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first of every month.  Move-in rent is pro-rated.
